Cancellation:

Cancellation of registration is possible if made within 7 (seven) days after purchase and 48 (forty-eight) hours before the event. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

Transfer of Registration:

Transfer of registration is possible up to 48 (forty-eight) hours before the event by sending an email. After this period, the transfer must be done only at the event venue. In both situations, the buyer must send an email to the organization with the new participant's details (name, ID, CPF, and email) along with photos of the documents. The new participant must present themselves at the venue with their documents and the email confirming the transfer.

Refund of Fees:

Refundable amounts will be credited as follows:

• Credit Card Payments: The refund process begins upon receipt of the cancellation email. The refund will be processed within 10 (ten) days of receiving the cancellation confirmation email. The credit to the cardholder will depend on the card issuer's processing time and the billing cycle, which is beyond the organizer's control.

• Debit Card Payments: The refund process begins upon receipt of the cancellation email. The refund will be processed within 10 (ten) business days of receiving the cancellation confirmation email to the same bank account linked to the payment.

• Pix Payments: The refund process begins upon receipt of the cancellation email. The refund will be processed within 10 (ten) days of receiving the cancellation confirmation email to the same bank account linked to the payment.

• Boleto Payments: The refund process begins upon receipt of the cancellation email. This email will be responded to with a link to fill out a refund form. The refund account must be in the same name (CPF or CNPJ) as the buyer. The refund will be processed within 30 (thirty) days of completing and submitting the refund form, provided there are no discrepancies in the information.
